My name is Angela Gwen Walker. I am a Registered Nurse and teach the NAST 1100 (Nurse Aide) and EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) Programs at Worth County High School. I have been a RN since 2010 and have worked mostly in a hospital setting on Med/Surg. I also worked at Hospice Care for 1 year before finding my dream job at Southern Regional Technical College as an instructor. I teach both courses listed above at the high school and enjoy being able to teach young minds skills that can help them reach their goals of working in Healthcare. Compassion, dedication and the desire to make a difference in a person/patient is the ultimate goal of nursing.
